How to stay motivated

I need some major help on staying motivated. i need to start exercising but it seriously only lasts tops 3 weeks. when i was needing to get in shape for college ball my mom had to pay for a personal trainer to get me in shape cause i couldn't buckle down and do it my self.... any tips, suggestions ANYTHING is greatly appreciated!

  1. So I'm not known for my awesome exercise habits but here are some things that have helped me:

    -Do it with someone else! It's easier to exercise if you know someone else is relying on you to go with them.

    -Give yourself rewards for meeting goals. And I don't mean like getting to eat extra cake, that's counterproductive. Buy yourself an awesome pair of jeans when you reach a specific goal, or get a new perfume...whatever would be a good reward for you.

    -Hold yourself accountable. Have you heard of myfitnesspal.com? You probably have. Having to write it down can make you feel more of a push to do it.
